Shamwow

Turns out Vince the Shamwow guy isn’t another annoying f-list actor trying to sell you a scam product (unlike this guy). This story changed how I watch those commercials completely. It almost, ALMOST, makes me want to buy a Shamwow.

Backups
Grrr… what was supposed to be, a “let me kick off a local backup before I jump in the shower” has turned into multiple hours of moving and deleting files to find space on one of my 5(!) external hard drives that I can do a full backup from. As soon as I can afford it, I’m getting a Drobo with as much storage as physically allowed.

Working on the porch today.
It’s a really warm today (70) which is warmer than inside the house, so I decided to take the lappy outside and do a little work today. Better get it in now because I think a storm is coming. I only know this because my wonderful grandmother knows I don’t have cable and was unlikely to be checking the weather so she called me to tell me.
I really hate there isn’t a cancel button on the iPhone text messaging. It always pauses for 2 seconds before sending, why not let me cancel! It always autocorrects my last word and makes me look like an idiot.
